Dreams Tulum Resort, Mayan Riviera

The Dreams Tulum combines the ambiance of an authentic Mexican-style “puebla” (town) with the upscale service and amenities of a 5-star luxury resort. This property, along with select other Dreams Resorts, offers  the spectacular Shaadi package, designed for the South Asian destination wedding experience and includes six traditional events. The package starts on the first night with the mehndi evening (an intimate three-hour gathering with a henna artist). On the second day, you and your loved ones will receive a welcome dinner (or sangeet or garba). On the wedding day, the package includes a baraat (the groom’s procession), the wedding ceremony, a post-ceremony lunch and a dinner ceremony for 75 guests. The all-inclusive Shaadi package starts at $25,999.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort, Mayan Riviera

The Barcelo Maya Beach Resort is located on one of the best beaches of the Mayan Riviera, Mexico. This property, along with select other Barcelo Resorts, offer three South Asian Destination Wedding Packages to meet your needs including Dharma, Artha, and Karma Love where you can choose to be as traditional as you’d like or incorporate some Western and/or Mexican culture as well from wedding cakes, light dance floors, fire dancers and more. White horses are available here for the Baraat.  Wedding packages start at $4,000 and include a wedding ceremony and reception for 50 guests, plus photography and video services.
