XCALACOCO Experience
Learn to live like the ancient Mayans throughout the week with activities and performances for adults and children inspired by regional history and culture.
The Xcalacoco Experience is a unique interactive program that allows guests to discover the Mayan culture on distinctive natural surroundings. At Sandos Caracol Eco Experience Resort, Xcalacoco is a way of being, living and thinking. Weekly activities program include daily eco tours, swimming a a cenote (natural sink hole), photo safari, bicycle tour, sensory experience, Mayan ball game, Sandos survivor and Mayan survivor, nature trails and meditation sessions on the beach. Witness Mayan representative ceremonies, visit a Mayan herb garden, plant indigenous plant species and participate in natural treatments and ancient rituals at the spa.
Guest are welcome to participate in Xcalacoco events, Adventure activities, Nature activities, Flora and Fauna sessions and Eco Education. Activities for the entire family are at your disposal.
