Low deposit weddings: Book your destination wedding group through Romantic Planet Vacations with only a $800 – $1,200 total group deposit and we can hold up to 30 seats for 90 days (in most cases)!
Complimentary held space: Once the wedding couple secures the group deposit, most tour operators will hold 30 air seats and 15 hotel rooms risk free for up to 90 days. This allows time for your wedding guests to finalize their reservation in the held/block space with a deposit (usually $200 per person). Any undeposited/booked space will be released back to the tour operator at 90 days and if there are more guests than the 30 seats, then we just continue to book as they book onto the group. A minimum of 10 passengers however, are required, to be booked in the group reservation.
Private group transfers: Book your wedding group of a minimum of 15 passengers with the same arrival and departure time and you may be eligible for complimentary private group transfers. Please inquire for more details.
Wedding Dress Care Program: Book your wedding group with Romantic Planet Vacations and Sunwing Vacations or Transat Holidays and receive a dedicated overhead compartment for your wedding dress (subject to availability and must be booked in advance at time of final payment).
